2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup shortening or lard
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk and enough milk to make 2/3 cup

Cream together flour, shortening and salt. Tie 1 egg yolk and break it into measuring cup and add enough milk to make 2/3 cup. Ad to flour mixture. Put in pie plate.
