Cut each Sweet Potatoe Patty into half moons. Place each potato half into crescent roll by unrolling crescent roll and re-rolling back up. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a sauce pan mix water, sugar, margarine and cornstarch heat until sugar and margarine dissolve. Stir in vanilla and pour over crescents
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until crescents are golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
