     Eggnog Bread

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup dairy eggnog
2 teaspoons rum extract
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.
Beat eggs. Add sugar and wet ingredients. Mix well. Add dry ingredients, stirring until moistened. Grease bottom only of a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the bread tests done.
