     Simple Marinade

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp country-style dijon mustard
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
2 tsp grated lemon rind
2 tsp chopped garlic
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover and store in refrigerator.
