Pound the chicken between two pieces of wax paper to thin. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until brown on both sides. Set aside and keep warm.
Increase the heat to medium high and add the salt, pepper, lemon juice, wine and chicken broth to the skillet and simmer for a few min and then add the mushrooms and then cook until tender. Pour the sauce over the chicken and enjoy.
