Do not cut pineapple, grill whole. Rotate to cook evenly. It is done when it oozes. Take skin off and slice pineapple, removing core. Top with prepared Key Lime dip and drizzle with caramel if desired.
You can also add cool whip to the mix before serving, or add a dollop or two.
