4 chicken breast
salt & pepper
cornstarch/flour
2 eggs beaten
Sauce
3/4 c sugar
4 T ketchup
 
1/2 c distilled white vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 t garlic salt
options- pineapple, peppers
Instructions
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes s & p, flour and eggs - cook in oil - drain Mix all ingredients for sauce Cover chicken in baking dish - bake 15 m
Serving Suggestions
serve with rice
