     Easy Mini Pecan Tarts

Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp corn syrup or honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
15 mini phyllo shells
 
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Add in pecans. Fill shells with mixture and baked at 350 15 minutes. Cool.
