     One Pot Creamy Tuscan Pasta

Ingredients
12 oz campanelle pasta (or sub other curly pasta)
1 lb italian sausage
1 medium onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups spinach
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp oil from sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp butter
 
2 cups milk
2 cups beef broth
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper

Instructions
In a large deep skillet or pot add sausage, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika. Cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat. To the sausage add onion, garlic, butter, sun dried tomatoes, the oil from sun dried tomatoes, and tomato paste. Saute for 3-5 minutes.
Add the pasta, beef broth, milk, and 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp italian seasoning, and salt/pepper. Mix everything together and spread evenly in the pot.
Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes. If you need to add a little more water to cover the noodles use up to 1/2 cup. Once pasta is tender add the parmesan cheese and stir. Add spinach and stir until it wilts. Enjoy!
