     Mom's Enchiladas

Ingredients
1/2 C chopped onion
1 lb ground beef
2 C shredded cheese
sprinkle of garlic
2 small cans of tomato sauce
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1 T sugar
1 C sour cream
1 pkg of white tortilla shells
 

Instructions
Brown hamburger and onions, drain. Set aside.
Spoon 1/4 C of meat mixture into middle of flour tortilla. Add 1 T of sour cream. Roll tortilla and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Continue until all mixture is gone.
Mix together tomato sauce,spices,garlic and sugar. Place on top of the rolled tortillas. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
