Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup of cold water.
Chill until slightly set.
Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.
Chill til set.

Mix together-
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
Mix these 5 ingredients together adding enough water to the pineapple juice to make 1 cup.
Cook until it thickens, stirring constantly.
Cool thoroughly.
Mix

Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream.
Fold in pineapple juice, butter, egg, flour and sugar mixture.
Spread over jello for frosting.
