     Greek chicken Pasta

1 lb uncooked pasta
1 T olive oil
1 T butter
2 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 c. red onions chopped
1 lb skinless, boneless chx in bite size pieces
14 oz can marinated artichoke heart drain 1/2
1 large tomato chopped or
can diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 c crumbled feta (use more)
3 T ch parsley
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp oregano, dried
salt pepper to taste
lemon wedges for garnish
kalamato olives

Cook pasta and drain. Add garlic and onion to olives oil and saute 2 min. Stir in chx and cook til done 5-6 min. Reduce heat and add artichokes (1/2 juice), tomato, parsley , lemon juice oregano and cooked pasta. Cook 2-3 min. Add feta, Season with salt and pepper...serve with lemon wedges.
