Boil or steam potatoes. Once cooked, drain and begin to beat them on medium low speed.
Then add in sour cream, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, salt, garlic powder and
pepper. Mix until fluffy and lumps all gone. Then grease a 2 quart baking dish and add
potatoes to the dish. Top with a tablespoon of butter and place in a 350 degree oven for
20 to 25 minutes.
cheese and sour cream! These can be made ahead and then
warmed the day of your meal!
