     6 Week bran muffins

Ingredients
5 c. Plain flour
3 c. Sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. soda
1 15 oz. raisin bran cereal
1 c. Oil
1qt. Buttermilk
4 beaten eggs
 

Instructions
Mix well, flour, sugar, cereal, soda and salt. Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk. Mix well. Store in air- tight container in refg. Batter will keep 6 weeks. Bake muffins 400 for 12-15 mins.
Serving Suggestions
I have kept longer than 6 weeks. Real good muffin.
