Mix together the first 9 ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. fry. Pour off grease. Heat chilli sauce and jelly in a skillet. Stir constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
