Preheat oven to 350. Grate onion into small baking dish, add
mayo, chopped artichokes, parm cheese, and 1/2cup
shredded Colby jack. Dash of ht sauce and salt and pepper to
taste. Mx all ingredients well and top with remaining shredded
Colby jack cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese
is bubbly an browned. Enjoy with pita chips or tortilla chips
