In a large deep skillet or pot add sausage, 1 tsp
garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika.
Cook for 5 minutes on medium high heat. To the
sausage add onion, garlic, butter, sun dried
tomatoes, the oil from sun dried tomatoes, and
tomato paste. Saute for 3-5 minutes.
Add the pasta, beef broth, milk, and 1 tsp garlic
powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp italian seasoning,
and salt/pepper. Mix everything together and spread
evenly in the pot.
Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10-12
minutes. If you need to add a little more water to
cover the noodles use up to 1/2 cup. Once pasta is
tender add the parmesan cheese and stir. Add spinach
and stir until it wilts. Enjoy!
