     Gingerbread Trifle

2 c cold milk
1 pkg instant French vanilla pudding
7 c cubed gingerbread cake (prepared)
3/4 c english toffee bits OR almond brickle chips
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 maraschino cherry

Whisk milk and pudding 2 minu. Let stand 2 min or until soft set. IN 2 qt serving bowl, layer half cake cubes and half pudding. Sprinkle with 1/2 c toffee bits. Top with remaining cake and pudding. Spread whipped cream over top; sprinkle with remaining toffee. Garnish with cherry.
