2.1/2 lbs thinly sliced beef
1 macerated garlic
3/4 c distilled white vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp freshly ground pepper

Marinate the meat in the ingredients for at least 12 hours, then sun dry the slices. These are best served fried.
