     Egg and breakfast casserole

Ingredients
8 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
12-16 oz. cheddar cheese
6 eggs
6 c. Milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt
Pepper
 

Instructions
Cut bread in cubes and put in bottom of 9x13. Brown sausage, drain and sprinkle over bread. Grate cheese and spread over sausage. Milk other ingredients together and pour over sausage. Bake 400 for 40-50 mins. Or until center is done.
Serving Suggestions
This casserole can be made ahead and frozen.
