Pat tilapia filet with water and dust with pan searing flour, salt, and
pepper. Pour slivered almonds in a shallow dish and press both
sides of filet into the almonds, covering the filet as best you can.
Heat skillet on medium heat (wait for it to heat), add spray
(optional) and butter, and cook filet until done and cooked through
on both sides, about 3 min each.
