     Almond Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients
2 fresh tilapia filet
Wegman's Pan Searing Flour
Slivered Almonds
1 tsp butter, or substitute
Salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Pat tilapia filet with water and dust with pan searing flour, salt, and pepper. Pour slivered almonds in a shallow dish and press both sides of filet into the almonds, covering the filet as best you can. Heat skillet on medium heat (wait for it to heat), add spray (optional) and butter, and cook filet until done and cooked through on both sides, about 3 min each.
Serve with wild rice (such as Royal Blend) and sautéed green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
