Sautee in skillet using Pam or small amount of
olive oil- onion and green pepper.
Empty contents of cans into crock pot or large
stew pot (DO NOT DRAIN).
Add opnion and green pepper. Heat/Cook for
several hours in crock pot. Leftovers warm up
well.
May be eaten as soup, potato topper, or dip. Also
good with shredded cheese on top.
