Melt bacon fat and cook onions and green pepper in it until soft. Push to one side and add mushrooms. Saute for 5 minutes, covered. Add meat and cook for 5 minutes more. Add bouillon. When boiling, thicken with the flour mixed with water into a smooth paste. Stir in seasonings, Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add noodles, and heat.
