     Bacon Egg Casserole

Ingredients
12 eggs, scrambled
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Layer cooked ingredients in 9x13 or 7x12 pan. Start with eggs and add each additional ingredient layer by layer.
Can be refrigerated overnight.
Bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
