Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add flour, then milk and cheese whiz. Stir constantly until cheese melts. Remove from heat and add tobasco sauce,salt and pepper.Stir in drained beans and water chestnuts. Put in casserole, top with almonds. bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
