     Veggie Chili

2 packages of veggie soy protein (textured vegetable protein)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 onion
1 package mushrooms
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of black beans
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream to garnish

1- Chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown (5-10 minutes) on medium heat. 2- Add finely chopped mushrooms and dry 5 minutes until they have absorbed the liquid. 3- Add soy protein, spices, and beans stirring frequently for ~3 minutes 5- Add tomato sauce, stirring frequently until it is bubbling. 6- Serve with salsa, sour cream, cheese and tostitos!
