     Hamburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 can ready to serve chunky veggie soup
1 package instant stuffing mix
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
Cook beef and drain
Stir in soup and set aside
Prepare stuffing mix and spoon 1/2 stuffing mix in a greased 2 qt. dish
Top with beef mixture, cheese, and remaining stuffing Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
