     Green Chile Stew

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Small pork roast
5 small potatoes
3 cans of Rotel tomatoes with chile
garlic salt
2-3 roasted green chiles

Instructions
Cut up your pork roast, you can also use pork chops. Cut it up in chunks and brown in about a T. of oil. When the meat is browned, add a tsp. of flour to it and stir. Add potatoes which have been cut up in chunks as well. Add 3 cans of Rotel tomatoes and some water and let it simmer while you prepare your chiles.
Put your thawed out green chile on a cutting board, peel if it has not been peeled. Remove stems. Also remove the seeds as much as you can. Dice the chiles and add enough water to it and let it simmer. Remember, you want it brothy.
Enjoy with corn bread or tortillas.
