     Pasta Fagioli Soup in Crockpot

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
4 stalks celery, diced
2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 16 oz can red kidney beans, drained
1 16 oz can white kidney beans, drained
30 oz beef stock
3 tsp oregano
 
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbls parsley
1 tsp Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 20 oz jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz rotini or ditalini pasta
Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
Brown beef in skillet. Drain fat.
Stir browned beef and all remaining ingredients EXCEPT PASTA in crock pot.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
During last 30 minutes (on high) or 1 hour (on low), add pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
