     Braziliam Style Stuffed Turkey--Peru'a' Brasiiena

Ingredients
10-12 lbs. Turkey
3 slices of Ham
1 T chopped Chives
1 clove Garlic- Minced
3 diced hard boiled Eggs
3 T Butter
salt
Giblets
2 T Oil
 
1 t salt
4 slices Bread
1/2 lbs. Pork
1 T chopped Parsley
`1 chopped small Onion
1 t dried hot Pepper
1/2 c white Wine
3 slices Bacon
2 T bread Crumbs

Instructions
Turkey: Rub with salt. Chop ham, pork & giblets and cook with parsely, chives, oil, onions, garlic salt, pepper until tender. Add eggs. Soak bread in wine and add to meat + 1T butter & bread crumbs. Mix good! Stuff turkey and sew up. Cover breat with bacon and spread with butter. Wrap in foil. Cook 31/2 to 4 hrs at 375*. Chestnuts can be added to stuffing.
