3 bananas, peeled, sliced, tossed in lemon juice to prevent browning
1 lb marscapone cheese
1 t vanilla
1 c sugar, divided
1 box Girl Scout Dulce de Leche cookies, crushed
1 pint banana liqueur
1 banana, left in peel
Instructions
In mixer add sliced bananas, marscapone cheese, vanilla and 3/4 c sugar (keep 1/4 c sugar in reserve). MIx all together to make a banana pudding. Place crushed cookies in botom of glass and sprinkle with banana liqueur. Add layer of pudding, then layer of cookies, then layer of sprinkled liqueur and so on until you fill to the top. Peel last banana into thick slices and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Turn oven on broil and place bananas under broiler about a min to caramelize the sugar. Place on top of parfait as garnish.
