Grill chicken tenderloins on wood skewers, brushing occasionaly with teriyaki glaze. Prepare pad thai noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken tenderloins with four crushed cookies sprinkled on top. Mix remaining cookies with peanut sauce. Pour sauce over chicken and noodles or serve as a side dipping sauce.
