2 baskets large strawberries, leave whole, remove stems
1 cup sugar
2 Tblsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups water
3 oz pkg strawberry jello
Instructions
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt and water. Cook until clear, add jello. Cool in frig until thick. Pour over arrange strawberries in pie shell. Serve with a dollp of whipped cream.
