Ingredients
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
Sift above ingredients togther
Add
4 to 6 T chilled butter or shortening
Cut in with a pastry cutter
Add all at once
3/4 c milk
 

Instructions
Mix with a spoon until dough come away from the bowl. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board. Knead gently and quickly making about ten fold. Roll or pat out to desired thickness. Cut with a cutter dipped into a little flour.
Oven at 450 and bake for 12 to 15 min.
