Coat large skillet with oil and heat on medium.
While you wait for skillet to get hot, wisk the
vinegar, lc ketchup, salt, Ideal brown sugar, & sf
pineapple syrup together in a bowl. When oil is
hot dump in the chicken chunks and brown on all
sides. When chicken is browned and cooked through
add the sauce & turn off the heat and stir well.
Let sit a minute or two, pour into a bowl and
serve. If you want to add cut up bell peppers add
them when the chicken is almost done browning and
cooking so they do not get mushy.
