Preheat oven to 120 degrees. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Use an eletric mixer to beat eggwhites in a clean, dry bowl until soft pecks form. Add the sugar, 1 table spoonful at the time, beating well between each addition. Continue beating until sugar dissolves and mix in thick and glossy. Add cornflour and half the orange blossom water and use a metal spoon to flod until just combined.
