In one bowl, combine flour and soda. In another bowl combine milk, mayonnaise, ham and cheese. Add milk mixture to flour and soda, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill in well-greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minutes in 425 oven.
