Preheat oven to 350. Drain yams and fruits. Melt butter. Add brown sugar and curry and mix well. Arrange yam and fruit in a 9 x 13 inch pan, or 3 quart casserole dish. Top with curry mixture. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree F oven. Yields 10-12 servings. Can be made a day ahead.
