     Stove Top Pizza

1 cup self raising flour
Good pinch of salt
1 round teaspoon of dried yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup lukewarm water
Topping suggestion-
1/2 cup pizza sauce
Sliced bocconcini cheese
Fresh basil leaves
Roasted capsicum strips
Semi- sundries tomatoes
Thinly slicedred onion
Pepperoni or prawns
Fresh pineapple pieces thinly sliced

1. Combine all dough ingredients in a heavy metal based sauté pan and mix well. 2. Press dough into place using fingertips until pan is covered.
3. Spread pasta sauce onto the dough taking it close to the edge as possible. 4. Add toppings of choice
5. Place the pan (with pizza inside) over a medium heat and cover with a tight lid. Make sure vents are closed. Cook 5 mns. Check to see if bottom burns and turn down heat. 6. Open vents, reduce heat to medium low and cook a further 20 mns.
7. Remove from heat and using an egg flip lift pizza from pan onto a board or serving platter and cut into pieces. 8. Serve immediately.

Serve with a side salad
