This recipe is from Eloys Bjorklund and the 1979 Women's Fellowship Cookbook of the Congregational Church in Huron, South Dakota. Eloys was a kind, generous and elegant lady. These cookies are wonderfully different and very light in texture. They do tend to crumble.
