     Sour Cream Pie (Thelma Novotny)

Ingredients
1 scant cup raisins
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 Cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 Cups milk
1 Cup sour cream
3/4 Cup sugar
 
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 piecrust, baked

Instructions
Mix raising, cornstarch, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Bring to boil for one minute. Beat 3 egg yolks, add sour cream and add to first mixture. Cook until bubbly. Add lemon juice and cool slightly. Pour into baked piecrust and chill for at least 3 hours.
