Set out cubed bread overnight. In mixing bowl, mix
eggs, milks, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
Layer bread cubes with any add ins (choc chips,
toffeebits, fruit, etc). Pour 1/3 mixture over bread
cubes. Add another layer of bread cubes and
desired add ins, pour 1/3 mixture over and then
repeat one more time. Cook in slow cooker for 3 -
5 hours. Done when it fluffs up and top browns.
