     Tuna Casserole

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None
Preptime   20 min

Ingredients
2 cans tuna (12 oz)
1 - 1.5 bags of egg noodles
1 small onion - chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 3 cups cheddar cheese
Chips - to crumble on top
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Boil noodles in a large pot until soft. While the noodles are boiling, drain tuna and place in a large pan with the onions - cook until tuna is cooked through. Season as desired.
Once eggs and tuna are cooked, place them into a baking dish (largish). Then, pour the cream of chicken soup into the pan. Mix well and spread evenly across the pan.
Crumble chips across the top (as much or as little as you want) and then sprinkle bread crumbs. Cover with the two (or three) cups of cheese evenly atop the noodles.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 45-ish minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
