Chill small mixing bowl and beaters. Soften
gelatine in orange juice. Stir over hot water
until completely dissolved. Remove from heat; stir
in next three ingredients. Using cold bowl and
beaters, beat dry milk and water until soft peaks
form. Add lemon juice and beat until stiff. Fold
in orange juice mixture. Spread on 8 double
crackers, top with remaining crackers. Freeze
until firm (about 2 hours). Wrap individually in
foil and store in freezer.
