1 Tbs. cumin
|

1 Tbs. cayenne pepper

1 Tbs. paprika

1 Tbs. parsley flakes

Red pepper flakes to taste

Instructions |
|
|
Heat oil in pan over high heat. Meanwhile, in a small bowl,
combine all spices (your rub), mix and lay on flat plate.

Brush olive oil,on salmon. Press salmon onto rub. Both sides!
|
|
|
Sear the salmon meat side down over high heat for 2 minutes.
Then, flip the salmon, lower to med-low heat, cover pan and
cook for 12 more minutes.
