Blend all ingredients together. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. In a
separate bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar together. Roll the
balls in the mixture until covered. Place balls on cookie sheet
about 2 inches apart. Flatten the balls out a little bit once
placed on the cookie sheet if you would like it. Bake at 375 for
8 minutes. Let cookies cool about 10 minutes and then dip
them top down in the mixture.
