Preheat oven to 375. Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, and lemon extract. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into a bowl of powdered sugar. Roll until lightly covered in sugar. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 6-9 minutes.
