     Peppered Top Sirloin Steak

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp coarse salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs boneless top sirloin steak (or NY strip steak)
 

Instructions
Mix pepper, garlic, salt and olive oil. Rub into meat. Cover and place in refrigerator for up to two days.
Remove steaks from refrigerator an hour before cooking.
Place on high heated grill and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 4 minutes. (Med Rare)
