     Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 cups bow-tie pasta
4 cups cooked and cubed chicken ( abt 3 breats)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 - 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits drained
1 1/2 cups mahonnaise
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
 
2 cups red grapes
1 cup pecans coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Craisins

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except grapes, pecans, and Craising. Marinate mixture in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Add grapes, pecans, and Craisins just before servingg. Makes about 12 cups.
