Line bottom and sides of 9x13 with foil or waxed paper; butter or spray with Pam. In med to large bowl, combine marshmallow, peanuts and Tagalongs; set aside. Over low heat, cook and stir chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan until chips are completely melted; remove from heat. Stir chocolate mixture evenly into marshmallow mixture; stir until everything is well coated. Spread into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Remove from pan; peel off foil or waxed paper and cut into 1” squares with a wet knife. If desired, wrap pieces in plastic wrap. Makes about 8 dozen.
